Traditional Toys - Emboque

Almost every region around the world has some type of toy in their history that involves catching one object strung to another. Kendama may be one of the most modern examples, but it is far from the only game of its type. Most are still made and played to this day but don't spread far from their location of origine. We wanted to explore these Traditional Toys, make our own versions, and help share them further with the world.

For our first batch we have our takes on a Ball & Cup, Balero, & Emboque

EMBOQUE

The Emboque is a game originally from Chile. Although similar to other South American catch games like Balero and Perinola, the Emboque has a unique bell-shape look. The fun and challenge of this game comes from swinging the bell onto the spike, but without a bevel around the hole this is a real test of hand-eye coordination!
